Ragland brings more than 20 years experience in the human resources industry to Paragon. He is currently serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Tekelec.
Ragland received his undergraduate degree from Fayetteville State University and also attended the Executive Management Institute at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is involved with many community organizations including the NC Food Bank, Carolina Ballet, and Morrisville Chamber of Commerce. He also serves on the vestry at Saint Ambrose Episcopal Church.
