RICHMOND, VA. - Paragon Commercial Bank, Virginia’s first business-only bank, will open its new 10,000-square-foot Richmond office at 6806 Paragon Place in early November.  This location in the third Paragon Place Building will be Paragon’s first office in the state of Virginia.  Paragon will house 9 employees in the space with plans to grow to 20 employees in 2007.
