Richmond, VA - Paragon Commercial Bank announces the appointment of R. Greg Owens to the position of Senior Vice President, Client Development Officer at the bank’s Richmond office. Mr. Owens will oversee relationship management strategies for business clients and their owners in the Richmond market.

Mr. Owens served commercial clients in similar roles at Bank of America and, most recently, at Wachovia. A Richmond native, Mr. Owens holds a Masters of Science in Accounting from Old Dominion University and is a former member of the United States Naval Reserve. He served as Vice-Chair, Virginia Beach Cabinet of the United Way from 2001 - 2005
