Biography

Janine joined Paragon in April 2012 as a Director of Operations, responsible for managing the Operations, IT and Treasury Management teams. Prior to joining Paragon, she was a founder of Square 1 Bank in Durham and spent 7 years there in a variety of senior management roles including Operations, IT, and Compliance.

Janine's career has taken her throughout the United States; starting in the San Francisco Bay Area, next making her way to New Orleans, then on to Memphis, and finally the Triangle area of NC.

Janine is a California native. She lives in Durham with her husband and has three kids. She enjoys gardening and all kinds of family activities, most of which include their toy rat terrier, Lucy.
