Biography
Frank Tart Jr. brings 24 years of experience in the financial services industry to Paragon. He previously served as managing director, specialty products, at RBC Bank, where he oversaw the fee and deposit businesses of Treasury Management sales, trade services and foreign exchange, the investment bank group and derivatives. Prior to his seven years at RBC, Frank held various corporate, investment and commercial banking positions for more than 17 years at First Union Corporation.

Frank received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in finance from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He supports the Triangle having served on the board of directors, executive committee, campaign leadership committee and Inter City Visit Task Force for the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce and the Research Triangle Regional Partnership board of directors. Frank is also a volunteer parent with Boy Scout Troop 357 and serves on the BSA Occoneechee Council board of directors.
